Review results not working

I have a course test with 10 questions. At the end of the test they have the option of reviewing the results.

People are reporting that the review labels many incorrect (red banner at the bottom) when in fact they were answered correctly (final score of 90%).

Furthermore it seems the first 8 questions are always labeled Incorrect regardless. Is it not a coincidence that 80% is required to pass the test?

Is this a know problem? Can something be done to fix or work around it?

the problem might be that I mixed some freeform drag and drop quizzes in with the graded quizzes. They seem to score OK but when reviewing results they are labeled incorrect - as well as other graded questions in the series. I made a test without the freeform and they reviewed OK.
