What you're seeing is when the user clicks Review Results. For this question, the green checkmarks show the user answered correctly but the bottom banner reads "Incorrect." It only does this for Multiple Response questions. Other question types show Correct/Incorrect appropriately.
That's an interesting problem. I frequently use Multiple Select matches in my quizzes, along with a results slide, but I haven't encountered this problem. I wonder if it has something to do with the question settings. Would you be able to upload a sample STORY file? That would make it easier to debug.
Hi Julia, I tried stripping the file down to but it's still too large (45MB). It has no videos or audio. Is there another way I can send the file to you?
Can you check the slide's revisiting properties? You'll want it to be set to "resume saved state" for your questions.
If you're still having difficulty after checking into that, can you share just that slide and the results slide with us? You could import them out into a new project and you'll just want to check that the same behavior persists.
