Review Slide and triggers

Feb 12, 2016

Hi there,

I am having an issue with my review slides. It's hard to explain but I will try!

So I have a question bank set up. I have the feedback pop up set up so that there is no 'try again' or any button on the pop up, but that the slide just says 'correct' or 'incorrect' and then moves on after 2 seconds. (I have set this up in the timelines of the try again and correct slide layers on the right). I have set the questions to reset so that if they fail the quiz, they can go and review the content again and take the quiz again. However, when I go to review slide there are 2 issues happening. One is that, if I have the properties setting set to reset to initial state, the incorrect/correct coloured bar at the bottom says questions are incorrect when they are correct. So I then changed this to 'resume saved state', which fixed the coloured bar problem, however now the pop up correct/incorrect slide layer is appearing and the slide is moving on after 2 seconds as if it is following my trigger for the feedback they get once they answer a question.

What I would like to happen is that on the review slide, the red and green bar at the bottom appears and that the learner has to click next, instead of it moving on. Basically I want to disable the feedback pop up with trigger to move on in the review slide! Does anyone know how I can do this?

Many thanks! And sorry for the complex problem!

Hi Christie,

I have shared my file as an editable Articulate file.

It's a pretty big course and I'm still only learning how to use Articulate. I should probably direct you to some examples of where I'm talking about. If you look at any of the question banks in scene 2 (the Safety module), you will hopefully see what I mean.

Many thanks for you help!
