Are you just wanting functionality that will allow learners to modify their responses? Using built-in methods, you can either allow multiple attempts at questions, or you can enable the "Retry" option for your quiz(zes).
There isn't a built-in "Revise" option that will allow learners to move back and make changes to previously answered questions before submitting their answers for the quiz.
However, what you could do is use triggers and revisiting options to set this up.
If that's something that would work for you, please let us know. In the meantime, I wanted to share some tutorials that may help get you started:

Thanks Christine,
i dont' know exactly what "built-in-methods" are, but i discovered that if use the "Next" button on every page instead of "submit",
at the end it's possible to move back and change answers.
So basically is not allowed to revise answers when you submit them.
Hi Binario,
Correct, you could choose not to submit the responses - specifically use the option to "Submit all at once" at the end of the quiz.
Good thinking :)
Best of luck with the project and have a great day!
