I have slides/layers with audio and closed captions files attached. I used "play audio when timeline starts" triggers and the "When revisiting" property is set to "Reset to initial state" for all the slides.
I've noticed that the Rewind button works ONLY if I don't have any closed captions attached to the audio file. Otherwise, the audio and closed captions files are not reset. Is there any way to solve this issue?
Do you have a sample/story file that you can share with this stated behaviour? I've just made a demo, added a couple of slides, both with audio files, but only one with closed captions. Both slides seem to be allowing me to use the Rewind button and both are restarting the timeline on rewind button press so I just wanted to check if I was missing anything from how you're set up.
You're talking about the rewind button that I've circled in this screenshot, aren't you?
