Right answer showing as wrong

I've had several instances where a learner sends me a screen shot of an answer they gave that was correct but the program marked it as incorrect. Anyone else ever run into this? what can be done about it?

Hey Wade and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Is it being marked as incorrect in the results or are you referring to showing the user incorrect during review?

If the latter, check that your slide properties are set to either 'Resume saved state' or 'Automatically decide' vs Reset to initial state.

If the actual results are not working properly, please share a .story file for us to take a look.
