Right answer showing as wrong Jul 10, 2018 By Wade Witherspoon I've had several instances where a learner sends me a screen shot of an answer they gave that was correct but the program marked it as incorrect. Anyone else ever run into this? what can be done about it?
Leslie McKerchie Staff over 5 years ago07/10/18 at 9:07 pm (UTC) Hey Wade and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :) Is it being marked as incorrect in the results or are you referring to showing the user incorrect during review? If the latter, check that your slide properties are set to either 'Resume saved state' or 'Automatically decide' vs Reset to initial state. If the actual results are not working properly, please share a .story file for us to take a look.
