Right hand Player tab showing blank page

Hi everyone,

Another question from me! I created an "FAQ" player tab on the right hand side of my player. If I click it once it brings me to the proper page. On this page I have layers and triggers where when you click a Question and a layer with an answer appears. Once I click to show a layer and click the FAQ player tab again (which a user may do to try and get back to the main FAQ page instead of showing the layer)  it brings me to a blank page. Has this happened to anyone?
