I am new to Storyline, but I am trying to simulate some software that relies on the user using the right mouse click to access features within the software.
Can Storyline simulate/replicate this user activity? That is use a right mouse click as a trigger?
You can set up a "right click" trigger - as shown in this image:
When capturing a screen recording with Storyline, it does capture if you use a right click on your mouse instead of a left. Are you running into an issue with it in the particular software you're using? If it's a web based software I'd suggest using Internet Explorer as the browser as some of the other browsers such as Google Chrome don't capture as much data.

Thanks Ashley!
I now know where to look and will play further.
good to know that IE is in this case a better capture source compared to Chrome that I would use normally.
Cheers
Mark
Happy to help Mark! I regularly use Chrome as my browser too - so it's a good reminder that IE has some redeeming qualities.
@Mark: A while ago, I had done a couple of simple examples that show right-click triggers, See here and here.
