Right to left language subtitles do not work

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project which is going to include CC in 14 different languages. There is a landing page where you choose your subtitle and from there on there are 14 different scenes, one for each language. So far its working out nicely except for the two included languages that are written from right to left (Arabic and Urdu). Here not all letters are shown (see attached files).

I have tried several things to fix it already. I published the Export in SCORM Cloud, I put the player setting for text on "Right to left"-Text, I changed the Fonts from Arial to Open Sans. Nothing helped...

Both Urdu and Arabic letters are Unicode.
