Rise has me locked out of a lesson!

I am currently working on a Rise Course.  I was working on Lesson 4 today.  It would not load a Storyline quiz.  It just kept clocking.  I ended up canceling adding the interactive quiz and thought I would go back in and try again.  I can edit the other 3 lessons but lesson 4 has me locked out.  It says 'Tangie Wooden is editing ‘Standard, Marketing Misrepresentation, Provider Customer Service and Quality of Care Grievances’.  I am given the option to take control or cancel but neither of those options will respond.  I am the only author for this course.  Any suggestions of how to unlock so that I can complete my project?

Hi Tangie,

I'm sorry for the trouble you've had getting into your Rise course. Can you let me know what browser you're using and if you've tried logging out of Articulate 360 and logging back in to access it anew?

If you're still stuck, let me know and I'll work with the team to dig deeper into your account and that specific course.
