I don't know the math behind these risk calculations and if they require advanced equations with differentials, root or square values etc. With Storyline you can do plus, minus, multiply, divide operations and combinations thereof.
I just had a second look at the URL in your original post and noticed that the graph below the calculator changes as your drag the various sliders. To create a real-time graph like that, you'd need to use a JavaScript library.
