Problem advancing between lessons

Hi there, we have a course with 6 lessons - each on its own scene. We have several complaints from users that they cannot advance from lesson 3 to 4. We have hundreds of learners that went through without a problem but a handful that experience this issue. It is not linked to a specific system or browser, so I suspect there it might be a course issue.
Should I upload the entire course somewhere or just the menu slide and a few slides from lesson 3 (end) and lesson 4 (start)?
Thanks,
Eitan

Oh no, Eitan! Sorry to hear some of your learners are getting stuck. We can help!
A couple of questions for you to narrow down the cause:
Thanks for a quick reply. The .Story file of the course is about 350MB. Should I trim it or would it be better to look at the whole course?
Yes there are lots of variables and triggers throughout. But it's the same between all lessons.
Let me know.
Thanks,
Eitan
Hi Eitan,
We are still using Storyline 2, but a while back we had some mysterious issues appearing in random scenarios.
What ended up solving the issues, especially with larger courses, with many slides, quiz questions, and slides set to "saved state when returning", was to publish to SCORM 2004 4th Edition.
So much data was attempting to be saved to SCORM's "suspend data" field that overwhelmed available space in SCORM 1.2.
So you may try that to see if it helps.
Thanks for the advice. Yes, the course is published with the 2004/4th edition SCORM version..
No worries on that size, Eitan! Seeing the entire course would help us test each possible culprit. However, do feel free to trim any unrelated slides. 😊We're standing by!
OK Katie, I submitted the course through the private link you provided me.
Thanks,
Eitan
Thanks, Eitan.
