Rotating Line on Point

I am trying to demonstrate lines and points on a graph. My thought was that I could create two points and one line. From there, the user would be able move either point anywhere on the graph. Depending on which point they move, the line (which goes through both points) will rotate on the opposing point. Is there any way to do that in Storyline 3?

One more thing. I would like any horizontal movement of the point to keep with the path of the line. Is there any way to make the line itself a path?
