I imagine this has been asked, but the search function in these forums is not so good. My ruler settings make it seem as though my storyline page is 21 inches wide and 13 inches high. I think this should be more like 6 by 8.
No doubt the search feature on the forums could definitely use a helping hand - we're hoping that the next version of the forums will have a more user-friendly search feature.
In the meantime, however, I personally recommend using Google instead. If you use a specific string "site:nameofdomain.com", you can narrow the search results for a specific domain. For example, you could search for "Storyline Ruler Settings site:community.articulate.com". Using that search, you should find some helpful resources.
Thank you Christine. I have read that article. The issue is not really with the ruler; rather the size of the canvas, perhaps. My canvas is 2000 pixels wide and 1236 tall. That just is not what I think it ought to be.
