i am having problems running the program, it says my internet explore is outdated and i should get exp 11 which i tried installing it stopped , i don't have any antivirus running which might stop it from running. i am quite puzzled at why i doesn't want to run.i even tried upgrading my windows to windows Ten no luck.
i am using google chrome as a browser and it works perfect,and don't know why it wants explore to operate. am i doomed? attached my computer properties,please let me know if my PC is no good for this program.

my bad, its working... yey !! so my advise is download the zipped file, and press continue and it will work. yey!!!!

Thanks for sharing the error message here. Can you confirm first that you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 7, and then also review the information here in regards to a known issue with previewing and follow the steps for your version of Windows? If you're up to date with all those, and previewing is still causing difficulty we'd want to confirm that you were working on local project files as detailed here and conduct the repair of Storyline.
