We have tried to run one of your Storyline modules on an iPad but despite uploading the Articulate Player, it still doesn't work. My colleague has looked into the possible issues but it seems that even if we publish for HTML5 it does not seem to be opening up in the web browser and it is forcing us to download AMP.
I have a step by step description of what my colleague has tried so far. Is it possible to connect directly with the support team and show them what we have tried and what problems we still have?

Apple made some changes to the way apps launch in iOS 9, so your Articulate Storyline 2 courses may not launch in the Articulate Mobile Player as you'd expect. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.
If you are having the difficulty you shared above and the content was published utilizing software pre-Update 7, then yes, that's what the published version is.
The software is not required to view published content.
The module was developed in Upgrade 7 but published using Upgrade 2. So we have published it again using Upgrade 7 and will test it very soon on the iPad. I will let you know if we still have problems.

Many thanks. I use version 7 to develop but if my colleague published it using an earlier version would that have an impact on the published module?
