I recently purchased a laptop, and updated the OS to Windows 8.1. I have noticed a considerable slow down in how Storyline operates on this OS. It is at least twice as slow as it is when running it on Windows 7.
Any thoughts on why this might be? Should I try reinstalling?

I haven't heard of it slowing down Storyline, so I think conducting the repair would be a good first step.

Just tried the repair, nothing changed. Anything else I should try?
Uninstall/install again maybe?

Was this an upgrade to Windows 8.1 or a new laptop that came with it installed? Are you seeing an error message like the one described here?
