I have downloaded S2 trial version to double check it works on my computer before buying, however when I click on the icon to install I get and "Uninstall" message with no other choices.
Did you download the "zip" version or the .exe file here? I'd recommend using the zipped version - and if you're still having difficulty connecting with our Support team is a great next step!
Actually it started working, For anybody reading this, I think it was because there were two versions downloaded, once I uninstalled one of them it started working.
