We are trying to troubleshoot a Storyline course installed in the client's Saba test server. When the course is launched, the window says: "Please close this window." When we close the window, nothing happens. We asked the Saba admin to confirm that Saba is calling index_lms.html. Their response was, 'Saba uses what's in the imsmanifest.' (Yes, this is what's there.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't personally worked with content on SABA, but I know a few of our community members have. Hopefully, one of the experts on the subject can give you some advice on uploading the content to that LMS.
In the mean time, it might be worth it to see if the course will load using a different server. If you'd like, you could test your course in SCORM Cloud.
We've tested the course using the ADL (SCORM) test suite and no issues were reported. One of my programmers thinks it's a Saba configuration issue on the client's Saba platform. Unfortunately, the available client Saba support does not seem to know or have tools available to help troubleshoot.
So sorry to hear that :( I wish there was more I could do, or suggest for getting your content into their system.
There may be someone that can help. Gerry Wasiluk is pretty well-known for his experience with SABA. Maybe it would be a good idea to send him a private message and see if he can give you some tips.
He's a great guy, I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you out if he can.
