My courses are returning a -100% score in the LMS Sakai. I've tried tracking through course completion trigger and number of slides viewed, both return the -100% when learner reaches the final slide.
I can't say I've seen a -100% score before! Have you looked at confirming the questions are all assigning a positive score amount?
I'd also look at testing this outside of Sakai to see if it's a particular setting there. You could use a site such as SCORM Cloud which is a great standard for LMS testing.
We figured it out - since I wasn't tracking by a question completion, the file wasn't returning a score to the LMS, only Completed. So Sakai translated no score received as -100%. I added questions/tracked by results slide, and now it returning the correct (100%) score.
