Same action on two different occasions

I'm working in slide master and set up two triggers on the same object at two different occasions. I want to show the layer as soon as the timeline starts and whenever the user clicks the info icon. So I set up two triggers as in the following.
1. Show layer when the timeline starts
2. Show layer when the user clicks icon
The problem is the second trigger is not executed. I tried deleting the first one and the second one finally worked. It seems like I cannot have duplicate action. Is there a way to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance

Solved the problem.
I just changed revisits state of the layer. But still don't quite understand why.
I have the layer resumed when the user clicks the button in it. Seems like this trigger causes this problem because other slides which doesn't have that trigger work fine.
I have seen instances of items on the layer set to disappear when the timeline ends, but nothing to hide the layer. So the layer is showing, but is invisible. A trigger to show the layer appears not to work because the layer is still showing.
Hello Mee Jang and welcome to E-Learning Heroes - I'm glad that you were able to solve the issue and thanks for popping in with an update. I would need to see the slide you were having difficulty with to fully understand the issue. If you would like us to take a look, you are welcome to share the .story file. My brain is in the same direction as Walt's right now - showing a layer when you're already in the layer - and I'm not sure I'm fully following along.
Hi Leslie,
The layer 1 shows up as soon as the timeline starts. But once I close the layer and try to open it again by clicking the marker, it's not working. I solved this problem by resetting the layer to initial state.
How are you closing the layer? Initial state settings are effective only when the layer opens, so it sounds to me as if everything on the layer was set to disappear, and when you clicked the marker, it actually opened to a saved state, but with everything invisible. If it didn't open, the initial state setting would have no effect.
Hi Mee Jang - resetting the layer to the initial state is resolving the issue because you have the layer set to close when the timeline ends and a fade out animation, so that is why it appears the layer is not working when essentially it is probably showing you the current state, but the image is no longer present.
Thanks, Walt and Leslie!
