A slide in Storyline 360 previews differently from one user to another. The audio from two previous slides are spilling over into a third slide; however, it only appears this way for one user.
How are these two users sharing the file? If you're working from a network/shared drive I'd suggest that they download the file and open it locally to do any work.
Editing it while it resides on the network/shared drive could cause issues with accessing a cached copy of it.
If they're pulling in from Team Slides, did one of them update the set of slides after it was pulled into the .story file?

Also, check that both users are on the same update of Storyline 360, the latest is Update 19 released on Aug 21, 2018.
