Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 - The native browser (inside Adobe AIR) is taking the wrong resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels instead of the effective 1280 x 800. We made changes to the players setting in Storyline2 and that has had no effect on the published content. What could we be doing wrong, or what could we do to fix this issue? Are there any known issues correlating between Samsung tablets and Adobe Air with content published out of Storyline2?
Attached is a screenshot showing what's currently happening.
When you say that only Google Chrome is supported for HTML5 Android, are there any plans to support the native browsers that exists in different tablets like Samsung Galaxy Tablet in a future release? It feels like we're being very limited to how we present our mobile content if not.
I can't comment on which browsers we may support in the future, and HTML5 support is based on how each of those browsers perform. I like to use a site such as HTML5test.com to see the differences between them - and Chrome is typically the best.
