SAP upload issues - Help!

Hi All
Has anyone every upload a storyline 3 scorm 1.2 project to SAP authoring tool?
I had to send the files over in a zip file. I then got them to copy all the files out the zip into a new files as I've found it doesn't like working within a zipped folder but works fine once copied into a new one.
They usually upload Captivate projects, so usually only upload a single html file. But obviously do this with storyline and it doesn't work. They're a little stumped. Does anyone know how to load in all the files and get it working with SAP? It want's to put the index_lms.html file as the main launcher(player) I've attached a screen shot if this helps.
Any advise or guidance? I know it's a long shot because there are many things that could be happening. I'm pretty sure it's just human error at the moment.

Have you had a chance to give it a go in SCORM Cloud yet? If the output file uploads correctly there, then I'd take a closer look at your settings in SAP.
Although this thread is older, you'll find quite a few SAP users there. I would also post your question in that thread to see if other SAP folks in the community can assist!
I've managed to sort it out. Looks like it was user error and permission. Thanks though Alyssa
