I can imagine how troublesome that could be, especially if you're working on a big project. Would you be able to share how you came across this issue or provide clear steps to reproduce the said issue? Kindly provide the following details as well so that I can give the best recommendation or workaround:

  1. What version of Storyline are you using? (if you're using Windows, you can check on Control Panel > Programs)
  2. Do you encounter this issue when on a new or a different project?
  3. Are you saving locally, via a network, or on a flash drive?

While waiting for your response, I suggest doing the following steps:

  • Restart Storyline 360. Close Storyline > open Articulate 360 from your icons and then click on Open for Storyline 360.
  • Should the issue persists, do a repair on Storyline 360.
