"Save as Picture" saves image of static.

I have a picture in a .story that I'd like to edit.  "Save as Picture" saves the following unusable image:

case number 01603855

Any known cause or workaround?

Posting back the resolution to this from Articulate:

  1. Uninstall SL 360
  2. Reboot
  3. Install SL 360

So this was not a problem with the .story file.  Not an operator error.  Nothing changed in Windows or supporting files.  The fix involved correcting something gone wrong in SL 360.

This has been the fix for a few problems we've had in the past.  I hope Articulate is able to identify and resolve the issue.
