Save Storeline 360 results to Google Spreadsheet

I am very new to Storyline 360 and Learning Management Systems in general. I am trying to develop a course that is based on a paper workbook. As a test, I created a slide that includes a 2 row and 3 column table. Each column contains a text box.

The goal is that at the end of the course, the student can retain this data for future reference (it would be even better if they could modify it later too). I saw lots of posts about saving data to a Google Spreadsheet, but can it do the following:

1. Take an empty Google Spreadsheet
2. Make a copy of the Google Spreadsheet that is only accessible to the student and teacher (so that other students can't see their work)
3. Populate this personal Google Spreadsheet with the Storyline 360 variables.

This would allow the student to upload this file to a Dropbox/File Repository into one of several LMS.
