Saving check box entries

I've created an Induction checklist for staff to complete, using a check box to users to tick to mark off when they have completed something. They also need to complete the date. The problem that I am experiencing is that unless the user moves to the next page before closing the module when reopened and opted for resume saved state it does not retain the checks or the dates? Can anyone help me resolve this please.

Hi Jo,
What are the slide properties settings for that slide? You'll want to make sure that is also set to "resume saved state" instead of "reset to initial state" or automatically decide on a revisit.
Thanks Ashley but I already checked that and it was set to initial state so I changed it but it didn't make any difference. It's weird that it only saves when the user moves to the next page!
Attaching it so that you can see
This is expected behaviour moving to the next slide is what triggers the save for resume state, there is no work around for this.
Of course that makes sense, thanks. Don't suppose you know of any way I could enable the user to print the document when they get to the end?
You could use the print widget on on elearning enhanced or build a HTML page that can be printed.
Glad that Phil was able to assist you here Jo, and please let us know if you need anything else.
I really need to set the module to print at the end when all induction has been completed and signed off. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get the whole thing printed but if we could tell me how to do the last page that would be good!
