saving storyline 2 to dropbox- error

Everytime my colleague and I try to save our storyline 2 files to dropbox we get the following error:

 

The file (insert file name)  may have been changed by another user since you last saved it.

What do you want to do?

I end up having to save multiple copies of the same file, or if I change the name, it will not update the name at the top of the screen (if the file was called "dog" and I received the error above, so I renamed it "cat," it would still display as "dog.story")

 

Can anyone help?

Hi Mandy

are you working on the file from dropbox - could it be a syncing error?  Articulate support advise to work on  your local drive (I know there will be people out there that say working from DBox is ok) but I have always found issues with files doing it that way.
