Hi - I am working with another team member remotely through Skype doing screen recordings. Storyline is automatically scaling the recording down to 66%.
When I do a recording, and another team member does a test using the same file it comes through at 99%.
Has anyone ever seen this before and know how to make it so Storyline automatically scales the recording properly every time.

Solved! the team member had their computer zoomed in at 150%. Changing this view to 100% solved it.
