I created a course for a customer and defined a course size of 950 x 535 px. I thought that the course would scale automatically up the the according divice - but at customer side there are laptops where the course appears perfectly and there are laptops where the uder gets scroll bars.
It would help to know a bit more about your course setup, and where your learners are viewing the course. Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360?
Also, did you set anything in the Browser/player sizing to control how it'll be displayed? You can read a bit more about that here in Storyline 360's tutorial.
Finally, when your learners are viewing the courses do you know what devices and browsers they're on?

I use Storyline 3. I attached a screenshot of my size settings. And the learners use different company laptops with firefox or chrome.
Hi Asley, do you need any more information form my side?
Hi Birgit,
Let's check what you have selected for browser settings and player size:
On the Player size drop-down list, select Scale player to fill browser window.
This setting scales your published course to fill the learner's browser. Let me know if you see an improvement!
