Are you pulling a report in Moodle that doesn't include the score? I'd recommend creating a custom report that consists of the data you're looking to track.
It's not wanting to show up in the moodle grade book. All settings seem to be the same as all other SL lessons which are similar, and which are working and scoring properly. Just this one wasn't putting the score into the gradebook? I was perplexed! At least with your help I now know it wasn't the SL file. It has to be something in moodle. Thank you so much.

Thank you for sharing your project! I've uploaded it to SCORM cloud, an industry-standard testing engine, and I see the score is reported.
