We have a lot of storyline courses with an assessment. When I get a passing score (in this case 80%) and exit the course, the LMS reports that I've passed with the 80% and the course is marked Passed.
The problem is with some (random?) users and some (random?) courses the result screen says 0% when relaunching the course. The progress in the LMS is still marked as passed, but with 0%.
It appears sometimes with some users. I can't figure out why. Help!
What browser(s) are the affected learners using? Also, are you comfortable sharing one of the .story files with me for testing? That way, I can publish the content on my end and test it in SCORM Cloud–a free, industry-standard testing LMS tool!
