scores not reporting

Hi, I was hoping someone can help me with a quiz that's not recording/reporting to an LMS? I have quiz created using Storyline and when I tested the quiz as a learner and received a passing mark nothing was sent out. I re-tested the course with a dev tool and notice this message being thrown "lesson_location=&lesson_status=&score_raw=&exit=&session_time=&suspend_data=&interactions=". This is sent three times - when first opening the quiz (launch tab), after answering the last question and when exiting the window. Any thoughts on what might be causing the issue?

Hi Dennis & Ashley,

Thank you for the reply. The course is being published as SCORM1.2. The LMS being used suggests using any of the the following -SCORM 1.2, 2004 or AICC, Tin Can. The settings for completion arecomplete/incomplete. The LMS is Absorb LMS.

Thank for the troubleshooting link. As far as I can tell all the settings look in order.  But when I ran the quiz through SCORM Cloud I end up with a passing mark, but "incomplete" status and "unknown success". 

In the attachments is a copy of the zip file. Encase you were able to take a quick look at the file/settings and see if something stands out?

Hi Elissa, 

Thanks for sharing a copy of your file here. 

First off, I noticed that the tracking was set to "Passed/Incomplete" instead of "Complete/Incomplete" and when I changed that setting I was able to get a complete status within the SCORM Cloud. The other piece I noticed and changed, was how the results were submitted - instead of submitting the results when clicking on the exit button (in the event that they don't click on the button) I set it to submit results at the start of the timeline. 

I've attached a copy of your file with those changes.
