Assessment contains 4 pools. If user give correct answer in first question of first pool, and exit the assessment. 100% score passed to LMS. Though, I have attempted only 1 question. This issue exist in this scenario only, in another scenarios apart from this scorning to LMS is fine.
Please suggest solution of this issue. Sample source file attached.
We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 56, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
Thanks to your feedback, one of the changes we’ve included is that you can now manage scoring for question bank quizzes with branching. Storyline 360 no longer scores only viewed questions by default, giving you the choice. Learn more.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry that you ran into a bug where:
A user gets a 100% score when they answer the first question correctly from a question bank and exit the course.
We have reported it to our team, and continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.
In the meantime, you can try to work around it by removing the Jump to Slide trigger from the feedback layer and placing it on the base layer.
