Scoring Issues

Hello all!
Apologizes if this has been answered already. Please send me the link to the thread if ever.
I made a quiz with 15 questions. I would like the end result to show "__/15 points" or something like that. However, the results I'm getting are by the tens (10, 20, 50, 110 and so on) I've attached a screenshot of the issue. It's like the scores are multiplied by 10s. Is there anyway to fix that?
This is also my first time using Articulate and very new to all of this so I appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you!
