I built a branching scenario for an assessment. I set the scoring by choice. One choice gets -1, one gets 1 and one gets 2. When I go through it and choose the correct options, it gives me an incorrect score and shows one answer as being incorrect, even though it is definitely correct. File attached.

you don't have any of the options selected to be correct in the form view and there is no submit interaction trigger to validate or tabulate the score
I;ve updated your first scene (Screening Calls) triggers - see if that works how you want - I've also added a text box on the slide with the variable reference so you can see the score tabulating.
