We have configured a Storyline story to give users two attempts to pass its quiz. However, when the user closes and reopens the story, our LMS (NetLearning) allows him / her two additional attempts.
Is there something that could be built into the file to prevent these additional attempts?
Hi Judy! Not in the file, that would have to be set up within your LMS. The Storyline attempts are valid for the session, but subsequent session attempts are handled within the LMS. Hopefully they will be able to assist you.
