I believe there was an update early last year that stopped the Storyline SCORM 1.2 courses from passing the signal to the LMS that the course was passed when using Google Chrome/Edge. Is there a way to set up a trigger in the course to pass the signal to the LMS upon successful passing of the assessment?
While I'm not seeing a related update for that, I'm happy to find the best way forward!
First, which version of Storyline are you using?
Storyline 360: You can simply use a completion trigger to send a status update to your LMS when learners respond to an interaction correctly. Check out this resource to learn more.
Storyline 3: One idea for your case is to direct learners to a "final quiz" question only after passing the essential quiz or quizzes. The "final quiz" question just needs a correct option, so you can track their results on it. This approach won't allow you to track scores on the real quiz or quizzes but will allow you to ensure learners pass the required assessment(s).
