A co-worker is trying to publish a course that I previously worked on and when he publishes it he is missing the index_lms_html5 and story_html5 files...what are we doing wrong?
You're not doing anything wrong. As I replied in the previous post, the index_lms_html5.html and story_html5.html files are not created for courses published for HTML5 only (which should be all courses from now on, since Flash won't be supported after Dec.).
Instead, use the story.html and index_lms.html files.
