I'm republishing old storyline 2 Scorm 2004 packages in Articulate 360. I keep getting errors and need some help. I'm using an internal LMS (Success Factors). If I publish it as Scorm 1.2 it works fine. However, I need to keep the reporting that Scorm 2004 provides. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Does your implementation of Success Factors fully support SCORM 2004, and if so, which Edition? In a conversation to Adobe's Captivate blog, the poster was told the following:
Our SuccessFactors team affirms it is a problem with the settings we have in our Captivate courses. Many of our courses require users to complete the quiz to receive credit. This team has also told us that SCORM 2004 is not compatible with SuccessFactors and thus we are to use Scorm 1.2 edition 3.
