I have published scorm 2004 3rd Edition. The tracking is working well but the resume prompt doesn't work properly. The resume prompt is working correctly before i completed course(ie ..before the status change completed).After completion when i have visit first time the prompt didn't came and course was reloaded bu t i visit second time or more the prompt is appearing correctly. so i cant to find why the prompt doesn't came first time of after completion of the course. will i want to change any code from our source file ?

Sounds like an LMS issue. Which one are you using? Might be worth testing your course on SCORM cloud and seeing if it works there.
