I am being asked about the SCORM/AICC compliance of Storyline. What I want to know is: When a course is built and published in Storyline and then loaded into an LMS – does it automatically report out things like completion, assessment scores and does it track user progress and return them to the point where they left off. Or is this additional coding I would need to do in our courses?

Currently I am building my courses in Storyline with embedded HTML 5 software simulations which are exported from Captivate.

Hi Devon,

A lot of that will come down to the LMS you are using and how they handle what is sent to it. Storyline is SCORM/AICC compliant, so all those questions you bring up are handled by what Storyline's published outputs send to the LMS.
