SCORM Completion %

Hi All,
Hoping you can help me out with an issue we are having with our training scorm. I have set the settings to mark as complete if all slides have been viewed. When we upload this into e3 learning (our LMS system) it only ever marks it as 50% complete even though the slides have been viewed. E3 have advised it is an issue with the scorm settings but don't assist in troubleshooting this. Can anyone provide any suggestions as to where to start? I'm not sure if it is something in the LMS version or edition we need to change.

try setting the number of slides viewed to a few less than the total say 47 out of 50 and test if that works.

I'd also be curious to find out if the same thing happens in SCORM Cloud. Have you tested it there?

Did you confirm the same behavior in SCORM Cloud?
When I upload it into the cloud it doesn't show me a success or score. I will send it through in the private link above.
