SCORM Completion Code not sent to LMS

Hi People,
I have a project which is successfully marking a course complete in the LMS. As the course contains a mix of text entry and multiple choice questions which are reported on via SCORM Interaction data, I decided to try changing the text entry questions to show the question to overcome the incomprehensible interaction ID "Scene6_Slide5_ShortAnswer_0_0".
After a search I landed on Matthew Bibby's tutorial https://matthewbibby.com/scorm-question-data/. So far so good. I can enter the relevant question info so the interaction is more intelligent. I have included a screenshot of the output.
BUT the module no longer appears to send the completion code to the LMS so the course is always "In Process".
I have tried replacing the Exit Course trigger at the end of the course with the Complete Course. This did nothing and didn't close the module. I then placed the Complete Course trigger on the Next Button of the results slide. Still no luck.
My thoughts revolve around the code stopping sending the Completion trigger to the LMS even when all the interaction IDs are filled and the course is completed.
Any ideas? This has me stumped.

Hi Andrew,
If you've added Javascript to change the interaction, you may want to reach out to Matthew Bibby by leaving a comment at the end of his article or contacting him on his website to help troubleshoot ending the course.
He's quite active in E-Learning Heroes though, so he may pop in here and help you out!

I have also run the module on SCORM Cloud and it worked successfully.
A look at the SCORM Engine debug log shows me that the cmi.completion_status interaction is sending "Completed" so no idea why our LMS is not accepting it.

Good find, Andrew. Thanks for sharing that it's working well in SCORM Cloud and that you can see the information in the debug log.
I'm curious what you find out about your LMS and how they are handling that as well.
