Scorm content hard coded

We have storyline 2 and a new LMS system. We set the story size to 1000x700,

export using SCORM 1.2 and ticking all the boxes eg. HTML 5, mobile devices etc. When we import the scorm on to the LMS system it cuts off to the right side as if the LMS screen is too small. The providers of the system have indicated it is because we have hard coded the size (whatever that means).

The problem seems to be random. Is there a setting in articulate which needs to be changed so the scorm file is dynamic and can play on any device, bearing in mind we have ticked all the right boxes.

Hi Val Phinn,

You may try this setting...

Player --> Other --> Player size (under Browser Settings) --> select "Scale Player to fill browser window"

Looks like Manjunath has you covered, but I wanted to share our documentation for you or anyone else that may run across this thread:

Articulate Storyline lets you control several aspects of the browser and player for your published course, including:

* The size of the browser window

* Whether the course stays locked at the same size or lets learners scale it by adjusting the size of their browser windows

* Whether the course launches in a separate window and, if so, the properties of that window
