we've a Course made in SL2 which is published for LMS in Html5 with SCORM 1.2. It contains a question bank wit 20 of 30 questions. Our customer needs the option "always continue" on restart.
All works fine - out of the scores are reset on restart, questions which were answered right are counted as wrong.
How can we change this? We want no reset of the scores.
May I suggest to check the slide properties of all your question slides and check if they are set to 'Reset to initial state". If yes, please try setting it to 'Resume saved state'. You will then need to republish to your LMS to test it out. HTH
Hi, Oliver! Thanks for reaching out and may I ask if you are finding the same behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud?
In case you are not familiar, the SCORM Cloud is the industry-standard environment for testing LMS content, so I'd recommend uploading your course there to see how the resume behavior functions. Here also is an article that you may find helpful: How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.
Thanks for the confirmation, Oliver, and as you are finding the same behavior in the SCORM Cloud as you are seeing in your LMS, perhaps it would be beneficial for our Support Engineers to take a closer look. Please use this form to submit your case and if you could stop in to share your ticket number, I would be happy to follow along and share relevant updates here for others who may benefit. :)
