Thanks for reaching out. I'm not sure that I'm following your question.
Are you having difficulty retrying your questions in your published course? If so, be sure that you are using the Retry button via your Result Slide as explained in this documentation.
I am not sure what you would like me to show but the one with the try again button attched works the whay we want to. That is you can go back, and redo the question, all settings are done in articluate. Export settings are identical between the one that does work and the one that doesn not. I have attached a screen shot of the one that does not work, it does not give me the retry option. I hop this helps because I am stuck :-)
It sounds like you may not have multiple attempts set for the individual question(s). You can do so via form view or slide view on your questions. Check out this article for assistance.
