Scorm file size

I am new to Storyline and even newer with using Scorm.  I am developing a course for an LMS.  I am putting the finishing touches on the course.  I want to ensure the course fits properly on any device when viewed via the LMS.  Is there a standard width/height that should be used?  Or is this something I can set in Storyline before I publish for the LMS.  I am working from a tablet.  When I did my first test, the course is larger than my screen.  Any advice would be appreciated!
