Sorry to hear that. That seems like a known issue when using the Chrome Browser. Have you tried viewing them using an IE or a Firefox browser? (Just to check if it is a browser issue.)
Also, if you haven't yet, please update your Chrome browser and try again to see if the lines are still there.
As Hazel mentioned and shared, this has been an issue some users have reported seeing in Chrome.
What version of Chrome are you currently using?
If you're using the latest version then, with your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

If there is still a problem, as per the link above, a suggestion was posted that this can be fixed by locking the size of the player.
